Finding Mears Connect Shuttle at Orlando International Airport

Let’s help you navigate from any terminal at Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the two Mears Connect Shuttles locations at the airport. Mears Connect shuttles operate 24/7/365, going to all Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Disney Springs Resorts, and other Disney area hotels.
We get it, airports can be confusing, especially, larger airports like Orlando International Airport. This article and video will walk you step by step to get you from your plane to Mears Connect.
First, the airport has many information desks. Ask any Airport Ambassador for help, they’ll point you in the right direction.
Where is Mears Connect at MCO?
Mears Connect has two locations at Orlando International Airport: one on Level 1 of Terminal B, the other on Level 1 of Terminal C. Don’t worry Terminal A arrivals, Terminals A and B are two sides of the same building, A side and B side, and connect to each other on Level 3.
Upon arrival, all passengers arriving into Terminal A or B, will take the tram to the main arrival and departures hall on Level 3, like we said, A and B sides are the same building. Level 3 is the only level where you can walk from Terminal A to Terminal B to take your Mears Connect Shuttle.
Terminal A Arrivals
Upon your deplaning and taking the tram into the reception or arrivals hall, signs will direct you to Baggage Claim on Level 2. If you have checked your luggage, please collect your bags, and return to Level 3 using the escalator or elevator. From there, follow signs to Terminal B (the green side), it’s not a long walk, you will be crossing from one side of the building, the A side, to the B side.
If you don’t have checked luggage, you can head straight over to the B side of the building on Level 3, by following signs to Terminal B. Once you get to Terminal B, ride the elevator or escalator down to Level 1, Ground Transportation. When you get out of the elevator or off the escalator on Level 1, make a left to get to Mears Connect. You’ll be able to see the big blue Mears Connect digital sign at the end of the hall on Level 1.
Terminal B Arrivals
If you landed in Terminal B, follow signs for Baggage Claim on Level 2 to collect your luggage. Once you have all your luggage, take the elevator or escalator down to Level 1, Ground Transportation. When you get out of the elevator on Level 1, make a left to go to Mears Connect. You’ll be able to see the big blue Mears Connect digital sign at the end of the hall on Level 1.
Pro Tip: Follow the direction of the vehicles driving by outside to ensure you are walking in the correct direction to Mears Connect on Level 1. Mears Connect check-in is located inside, so there is no need to go outside, stay cool in the air-conditioned terminal until you board your air-conditioned shuttle.

Terminal C Arrivals
For passengers arriving into Terminal C, follow signs to Level 6 Baggage Claim, if you have checked luggage. After retrieving your luggage, take the elevator down to Level 1, Ground Transportation level. Mears Connect check-in area is located right by the sliding glass doors after you exit the elevator, you can’t miss us!
